- Customer must contact AEBC after 12-month rental period is up to initiate ownership of any rental equipment, at which point the customer is required to forfeit the original equipment deposit and AEBC will stop collecting any rental fees starting on the next billing cycle.
- No partial rental fees will be refunded.
- Customer is responsible for any shipping charges to return rental equipment, and is responsible to ensure that a duly authorized representative of AEBC receives the equipment in order to be eligible to receive a deposit refund.
- In some cases, AEBC rental equipment might be refurbished but certified by AEBC to be in good operating condition.
- AEBC’s ensures good working rental equipment. If rental equipment is defective, please contact AEBC technical support and AEBC will repair or replace at their discretion and at their cost. Customer is only responsible to pay for the shipping to AEBC, if required, and not the repair, replacement or shipping costs of the updated equipment.
- If customer owned equipment is defective, it is customers responsibility to repair or replace at their cost.
- The CipherTV Bar and modem rental equipment is property of AEBC. Customer must return the equipment and original accessories in good working condition with normal wear and tear accounted for. If equipment is not returned to AEBC immediately within 7 days of cancellation, AEBC will charge the customer for the full retail price of the equipment and upon successful payment will consider the equipment sold to customer. Customer is responsible to drop off to AEBC at its office, or for shipping charges if required.
