AEBC Internet Corporation is a leading IPTV and Internet services provider, our focuses are; IPTV, Internet access, VoIP, data center, digital signage, IP cameras and electronic access control services.
Your Primary Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
- Responsible for marketing, selling, billing, collecting, educating and supporting our subscribers and partners
- Answering incoming calls and managing call backs
- Understanding the customers’ needs through effective listening and questioning skills
- Proactively converts inquiry calls into sales. Responds promptly to customer inquiries, processed orders and other requests
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to be able to provide the best value based sales solution to the customers
- Communicating and coordinating with partners and suppliers s as necessary.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Learn customer cancellation reasons and develop customer retention skills.
Requirements:
- Customer Service and Sales oriented
- Excellent listening and responding skills
- Highly developed written and oral English communication skills
- Computer literate
- Strong interpersonal skills, fast learner and has the ability to think independently and perform multi tasks
- Previous experience in ISP background, customer care, outbound sales, upselling and/or retention are definite advantages
- Must have completed at least two years in college /vocational program
- Willing and able to work on Philippines time from 11:30pm to 5:30am shifting schedules, weekends and holidays in our office at 530 Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City, Philippines
